The DSC Sight Block Barrel opens the door for XC owners to finally run their pistol in both duty roles and competition divisions where ported barrels are restricted. By removing the factory porting while retaining the benefits of a sight block, this barrel keeps the front end planted, stabilizes recoil, and makes the XC versatile for more than just the range.

DSC Fit – You send in your XC slide or build for DSC to hand fit the barrel to your build’s specific tolerances.

Shipping & Returns

If you order a product from DSC, we will stand by our product and correct/fix an issue if it may arise. Please note, no returns are accepted on custom barrel services/products or used drop-in barrels. Approved returns on new, unused, non-defective products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return shipping may be required for projects involving complete firearms rather than individual parts to ensure proper insurance coverage during the return shipping process.

DSC Drop In Barrels

DSC barrels are designed for drop-in installation, in conjunction with factory counterparts such as factory slide stop and recoil - we continuously strive to improve the quality of our drop-in barrels as each style and variant is custom-made, hand fitted to shop models, and coated per order.

Turnaround times are estimated to be approximately 5-7 weeks after the initial purchase, though they are subject to change depending on the situation. *Stainless variants may ship sooner, depending on the order.

**In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with installing your barrel, we offer free custom fitting.

Amazing work

The fit and finish were pretty exceptional. Took it over 500 rounds and shot it at a USPSA match. It works as intended.

Originally, I had issues where the slide doesn't fully lock when feeding ammo. However, I sent the barrel back out and got it back in less than a week.

staccato quality

i was a little worried that the fit and finish wouldn't be up to snuff to what I'm used to with my staccato xc. the fit and finish is perfect and man it can rip all while staying in that uspsa lo category. definitely worth the price.

The best work and customer service I have ever experienced

What an experience. I was one of the first orders for the new DSC DROP-In Island barrel for the staccato XC. I received an email from Dave explaining that he was not happy with the fitting of the barrel and asked to me to send my gun to him. He fitted the barrel, paid for shipping my gun back and dlc the barrel the original color. Amazing work and I will always send my gun to DSc.

FIT and finish are top notch. accuracy is spot on and recoil is minimal. almost no noticeable difference in performance from stock compensated barrel. highly recommend. Dsc work is great!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Already had DSC do custom work on my xc prior to the announcement and release of this, and after the amazing work dave and his family did for the custom work i knew this was going to also be amazing. didn't want to compete in open, and dsc are tapping into an untapped market. barrel is amazing, super accurate, and muzzle flip is obviously going to be more, but this design? difference in muzzle flip is like 5% from the comp. and with enough training (which is why you would get it) absolutely get this you will not be dissappointed
