Got the drop in comp barrel for my 2k11 stainless and it flattened it out substantially.
Very happy with it.
The comp is awesome. Drop in fit and a good price. Makes a significant and noticeable difference.
Install was easy. Still racks as smooth as the oem barrel. Haven't made it to the range yet but I am looking forward to testing it out.
The barrel fits and locks up perfect. It truly is a drop-in fit. I am very happy with the looks, function and accuracy. the only down side is you have to wait a bit to get it! But it's worth it.

Got mine and immediately checked fitment with the slide and compared with my oem barrel and did some measurements. This thing is on point! Took it to the range and man it feels like I’m shooting A completely new gun. Glad I went with Dave for this barrel setup.
Great communication and the only company out there that I’m aware of making these barrels. I also appreciate that my orders started as a “drop in Barrel” but dsc reached out indicating I really needed to send it in for fitting.
Got the sight block barrel, dlc coating, and added front sight. They were clear on expectations. I messed up when I only ordered dlc coating for the barrel and not the sight block. So now have to find a local shop to do the extra dlc and tune the springs to go with the new barrel. Thankful for dsc.
To it to the range and was a definite improvement. Was able to n track the dot much faster.
I Have a stainless version in my staccato C2 paired with a PMM comp (I liked the look better) and it’s done very well. No malfunctions and no loss of accuracy. I’m hoping to test accuracy outside of 50 yards soon, but 50 and in, it’s spot on. It’s just as accurate or more accurate than the factory barrel at 50 and in.
The air was really good before the upgrade and now it's even flatter.
where does one start….. Dave and his team are simply fantastic, sent my slide in after someone else butchered it , he fixed my tri top cut, did the action job on the ramp, dlc the barrel and slide, also got rid of that annoying little hole at the top of the barrel that blast carbon on the optic, lastly recut and fitted my sight. Seriously flawless! Work! From someone that takes great pride in their craftsmanship

I was definitely worried this wouldn't be a drop in job, but sure enough it went right into my bul tac 4.25" and fit like a glove.

I highly recommend the DSC GunWorks ported barrel for the 5” Kimber 2011. I was looking for a 2011 pistol with a ported barrel. I already own a Kimber 2011 and am very satisfied with it. Learning that a drop-in ported barrel was available for my firearm made the decision easy. Switching from the Limited Optic Division to the Open Division is as simple as dropping in the extended barrel.
The extended barrel blends nicely into the existing slide. I own the Kimber 2011 Eclipse and ordered the stainless dSc barrel, which comes with a black extension that matches the slide's design. Unlike some ‘add-on’ compensators, this drop-in barrel does not complicate cleaning or maintenance.
Following the barrel installation, and about 50 rounds of break-in. The firearm has been malfunction-free since the first box of ammo and an additional cleaning.
Most importantly, adding a ported barrel helps the firearm return to target more quickly. The port adds a small extra step to cleaning.

Absolutely love it, shot side-by-side with my C2. The difference was night and day. CS with the comp was so much softer.
And the accuracy was great.
I ran 250 rounds through my C2 last weekend after receiving the kit. it has been flawless with both Blazer Brass 124 Gr and HST 147 gr. I can't say exactly how much muzzle flip has been reduced but it is significant and fast follow up shots with the optic are easy. I am using the kit exactly as received, threaded barrel, comp and recoil spring. I have not yet used the barrel with my suppressor but I can't imagine there will be a problem. Best thing i've done for my staccato
Bought this comp & barrel setup from Dave. I had a specific need and sent my slide, barrel and recoil guide/spring to him. He did an excellent job and got my slide, barrel and comp back from him in a week. Great service and product. Comp probably reduces recoil by 25% - 30% if i were to guess. Finish is also very nice.
Had an issue with slide, and had to ship barrel and slide back to Dave. No comms back to advise what issues were found, but overall the finish and fit are perfect. Thanks!
Just got a comp barrel from GSC and it fit just fine out of the box. No fitting required and it shoots just fine, couldn’t be more satisfied!!!!!
