I ran 250 rounds through my C2 last weekend after receiving the kit. it has been flawless with both Blazer Brass 124 Gr and HST 147 gr. I can't say exactly how much muzzle flip has been reduced but it is significant and fast follow up shots with the optic are easy. I am using the kit exactly as received, threaded barrel, comp and recoil spring. I have not yet used the barrel with my suppressor but I can't imagine there will be a problem. Best thing i've done for my staccato
Bought this comp & barrel setup from Dave. I had a specific need and sent my slide, barrel and recoil guide/spring to him. He did an excellent job and got my slide, barrel and comp back from him in a week. Great service and product. Comp probably reduces recoil by 25% - 30% if i were to guess. Finish is also very nice.
Had an issue with slide, and had to ship barrel and slide back to Dave. No comms back to advise what issues were found, but overall the finish and fit are perfect. Thanks!
Just got a comp barrel from GSC and it fit just fine out of the box. No fitting required and it shoots just fine, couldn’t be more satisfied!!!!!

Dave has been happy to answer any of my questions, even before I bought my first 2011. With his input, I narrowed it down and got a staccato cs. Of course it was great out of the box, but I sent it in for the V6 porting along with the overhaul and fit. It came back a different pistol! Besides the obvious benefits of the porting, the action went from great, to custom hand fitted! The slide felt like it was riding on bearings. I can’t recommend DSC enough. Dave will always have my trust and my business!

Bit of a hiccup with the fit of the comp at first but they got me squared away within the week. Now I’m addicted to this site! Can’t wait to send my build in.
I love the new compensated barrel! Gun shoots flat and smooth. They also send a new recoil spring with the barrel. No complaints at all!

When I first received the barrel comp for my bull armory ultralight, I had some questions based on the fitment. Because of the compensator looked a touch like it was pointing at a downward angle.. Dave was great, he personally called me and explained why that was, as well as why it had to be that way.
Dave also offered that I send the barrel and slide back to him so he can ensure that everything was perfect. I took him up on that offer, and received the slide and compensated barrel back within about a week and a half.
Tolerances were tight, and after a short break in. Approximately 150 to 200 rounds, the gun runs flawlessly.
I have since sent another double stack 1911 handgun, Jacob Grey Hex, to DSC and I’m confident it will also have great reviews.

Had the loaded chamber indicator welded and a tri flat barrel tag done. The weld job does keep my Holosun 507c a lot cleaner . The tri flat just looks clean and cool. Thanks for some great work.

Couldn't be happier with the inline port job i got on my Staccato p. Excellent machining and attention to detail.
Product looks ok.
However, it took a lot longer than specified to get to me.
They said 5 weeks, but ended up being more like 8 weeks.
My Springfield Prodigy had poor accuracy across multiple bullet/powder combinations. Once I installed a dsc bull barrel it was a game changer.with outstanding accuracy now.
I had a vision and, David knocked it out of the park. Perfect execution!
