Surface Treatments:

Choose from premium vendor-applied finishes:

  • DLC Black – sleek and ultra-durable

  • PVD Copper – bold, metallic tone

  • TiN Gold – classic, high-contrast finish

  • Hard Chrome – timeless, bright silver with outstanding wear and corrosion resistance

Available in satin or polished. Turnaround is approx. 5–7 weeks.

Barrel Hood Fluting:

Precision-machined fluting on the barrel hood only for a subtle, functional weight reduction and custom appearance. Clean, even cuts finished to match your barrel’s treatment. 

Barrel Polishing:

Hand-finished polish for a smooth, refined look.

  • Service requires sending in your barrel

  • Surface treatment turnaround: ~5–7 weeks

  • Hood fluting/polishing turnaround: ~1-3 weeks

  • All coatings and finishes are subject to normal wear in high-contact areas

Shipping & Returns

If you order a product from DSC, we will stand by our product and correct/fix an issue if it may arise. Please note, no returns are accepted on custom barrel services/products or used drop-in barrels. Approved returns on new, unused, non-defective products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return shipping may be required for projects involving complete firearms rather than individual parts to ensure proper insurance coverage during the return shipping process.

DSC Drop In Barrels

DSC barrels are designed for drop-in installation, in conjunction with factory counterparts such as factory slide stop and recoil - we continuously strive to improve the quality of our drop-in barrels as each style and variant is custom-made, hand fitted to shop models, and coated per order. 
Turnaround times are estimated to be approximately 5-7 weeks after the initial purchase, though they are subject to change depending on the situation. *Stainless variants may ship sooner, depending on the order. 
**In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with installing your barrel, we offer free custom fitting.
