What’s Included

  • Precision flush-cut reverse crown, machined to concentric tolerances

  • Clean, deburred finish ready for polishing or surface treatment

  • Inspection and function check of the barrel before return

Important Coating Notes

  • DLC / PVD / TiN are not included. If your barrel is currently coated, please add a surface treatment at checkout.

  • If no surface treatment is added, the end of the barrel will be left raw (uncoated) after machining.

  • Stainless barrels are fine to leave raw and will not need a coating for corrosion protection, though coatings may still be added for appearance or wear resistance.

  • Requires sending in your barrel/slide

  • Typical turnaround: ~2–3 weeks stainless, ~5-7 weeks DLC/PVD/TIN

  • All machined and coated areas are subject to normal wear over time

Shipping & Returns

If you order a product from DSC, we will stand by our product and correct/fix an issue if it may arise. Please note, no returns are accepted on custom barrel services/products or used drop-in barrels. Approved returns on new, unused, non-defective products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return shipping may be required for projects involving complete firearms rather than individual parts to ensure proper insurance coverage during the return shipping process.

DSC Drop In Barrels

DSC barrels are designed for drop-in installation, in conjunction with factory counterparts such as factory slide stop and recoil - we continuously strive to improve the quality of our drop-in barrels as each style and variant is custom-made, hand fitted to shop models, and coated per order. 
Turnaround times are estimated to be approximately 5-7 weeks after the initial purchase, though they are subject to change depending on the situation. *Stainless variants may ship sooner, depending on the order. 
**In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with installing your barrel, we offer free custom fitting.
