Upgrade your Springfield Prodigy or Staccato with the MR1 Compensator from DSC — a lightweight, high-performance aluminum compensator engineered to reduce muzzle rise and tighten follow-up shots. Machined in-house from aerospace-grade aluminum and finished in durable Cerakote, the MR1 delivers real-world performance while keeping a clean, factory-flush appearance.
Why it works
Our MR1 uses larger-than-industry porting to aggressively redirect gas and tame muzzle climb. The port opening measures 0.400" × 0.700", a deliberate “twist” in the MR1 design that maximizes gas redirection for faster sight recovery without adding unnecessary bulk.
