The DSC Panel Cut is a precision-machined side pocket cut into both sides of the slide, contoured to follow the slide’s profile for a clean, aggressive, purpose-built look.
This cut is designed for:

Weight reduction – removes unnecessary mass from the slide

Enhanced grip – additional tactile surface for slide manipulations
Aero Windows are NOT included.
If your slide model is compatible, Aero Windows can be added separately as an upgrade.

Finish Recommendation
We strongly recommend adding a Cerakote Slide Service or Slide Surface Treatment, as raw machining will be visible after cutting.

If you order a product from DSC, we will stand by our product and correct/fix an issue if it may arise. Please note, no returns are accepted on custom barrel services/products or used drop-in barrels.
Return shipping may be asked for or necessary for projects that require sending in completes rather than parts - this is to insure proper insurance in the return shipping process.
DSC Drop In Barrels
DSC barrels are designed for drop-in installation, in conjunction with factory counterparts such as factory slide stop and recoil - we continuously strive to improve the quality of our drop-in barrels as each style and variant is custom-made, hand fitted to shop models, and coated per order.
Turnaround times are estimated to be approximately 5-7 weeks after the initial purchase, though they are subject to change depending on the situation. *Stainless variants may ship sooner, depending on the order.
**In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with installing your barrel, we offer free custom fitting.
