Weld & Blend Loaded Chamber Indicator

This service removes the factory loaded chamber indicator cutout from the barrel hood. We precision weld the opening, then hand-blend and polish the area until it is seamless with the surrounding surface. The result is a stronger, cleaner look that eliminates the visible cutout.
Note: DLC, PVD, and TiN finishes are not included with this service but may be purchased separately on our website.

If you order a product from DSC, we will stand by our product and correct/fix an issue if it may arise. Please note, no returns are accepted on custom barrel services/products or used drop-in barrels.
Return shipping may be asked for or necessary for projects that require sending in completes rather than parts - this is to insure proper insurance in the return shipping process.
DSC Drop In Barrels
DSC barrels are designed for drop-in installation, in conjunction with factory counterparts such as factory slide stop and recoil - we continuously strive to improve the quality of our drop-in barrels as each style and variant is custom-made, hand fitted to shop models, and coated per order.
Turnaround times are estimated to be approximately 5-7 weeks after the initial purchase, though they are subject to change depending on the situation. *Stainless variants may ship sooner, depending on the order.
**In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with installing your barrel, we offer free custom fitting.

This is a great solution for getting rid of the LCI on the factory barrel. Quality of work is nice and turn around time very reasonable.
I was tired of cleaning the lens of the optic on my Prodigy every few rounds and had read DSC Gunworks could weld up the stupid chamber window quick and reduce the junk on the optic. I had the job completed and back in my hands in a week. WOW! You can’t tell where the cut was. Makes a very big difference on the lens, much cleaner. Very happy with the results.
