The Trigger Job is a professional action tune designed to improve the feel, consistency, and overall performance of your existing trigger system.

What This Service Includes

  • Geometry correction of the sear-to-hammer relationship
  • Sear spring replacement
  • Mainspring replacement
  • Stoning and polishing of applicable contact surfaces
  • Pre-travel and over-travel adjustment, when supported by the installed trigger
  • Trigger pull optimization
  • Safety and function check of the serviced components

Important Information

This service tunes the build's existing trigger and ignition components. It does not include a replacement trigger, ignition kit, or the labor required to install and fit customer-provided parts.

If you need a trigger, grip, ignition kit, or other component installed, please also purchase the Overhaul & Fit Service.

Estimated turnaround time: 3–5 weeks

Return Shipping: If the Trigger Job is the only service being performed, a return shipping charge may be required. When bundled with another service or package, return shipping may already be included. We will reach out directly if necessary. 

Shipping & Returns

If you order a product from DSC, we will stand by our product and correct/fix an issue if it may arise. Please note, no returns are accepted on custom barrel services/products or used drop-in barrels. Approved returns on new, unused, non-defective products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return shipping may be required for projects involving complete firearms rather than individual parts to ensure proper insurance coverage during the return shipping process.

DSC Drop In Barrels

DSC barrels are designed for drop-in installation, in conjunction with factory counterparts such as factory slide stop and recoil - we continuously strive to improve the quality of our drop-in barrels as each style and variant is custom-made, hand fitted to shop models, and coated per order. 
Turnaround times are estimated to be approximately 5-7 weeks after the initial purchase, though they are subject to change depending on the situation. *Stainless variants may ship sooner, depending on the order. 
**In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with installing your barrel, we offer free custom fitting.
